Noticed a charge every month to my checking account for $32.50 for something called 24 protect plus. At first I thought it was a bank charge and when I inquired with them they said it wasn't. So I called the toll free number (1-800-211-9749) on my bank statement. I got through to a person and asked them what this charge was for and she told me for a service I subscribed to that offers some kind of online shopping. I told her that I never signed up to anything and that I wanted her to cancel my account and refund my money. She cancelled my account but would not refund my money. I typed there name into Google and saw that this was a scam and that other people had fallen victim. I don't know how they got my personal information and bank records
(account#). But they have probably charged several hundred dollars to my checking account.
