I ordered sterling silver jewelry from Skystone and Silver (sterling silver chain, ss monkey pendant, ss silver earrings) on August 8. A week passed and no jewelry delivered. Two weeks, then three weeks more of waiting. Rick Sindeband was not returning any of my calls and he was not replying to all my e-mails. I decided to research him. I found reports of people he has victimized in the past. I really should have researched him before I placed my order. After finding out what he has done to other people, I immediately contested the charge on my credit card ($145.00). I filed a report with the BBB (which... Means nothing, I guess, now that I have read that they pretty much do not do anything really). I am not sure if the BBB report or the credit card contested charge that did it, but Rick Sindeband all of a sudden resurrected! He called me the very next day and fed me more lies, and he also e-mailed me, feeding me more lies.
