The website is selling jewelry it claims is from the manufacturer of Tiffany & Co. It claims it is overstock, etc. And it is pure silver. I ordered about $250 worth of jewelry and after receiving it and saw the quality I figured it was knockoff jewelry but I figured it must be silver and I wore it almost daily. Then I noticed the color coming off and underneath was not silver but either a copper or a brass material.
I contacted the company and they pretty much said that I was out of luck, that it was "cheap" and they couldn't send me real silver jewelry and they couldn't refund my money or they wouldn't be able to do business. I wrote back that they should not be lying about their merchandise and stealing from people and that is how they should be doing business but I never heard back from them again.
I could see that my emails were being translated into Chinese on the response emails from them and one of them actually said I was "pushing my luck". I have all of my correspondence and printouts of my orders and printouts of their claims of pure silver jewelry and their claims that it is the same jewelry that Tiffany & Co. Sells in their stores.
