Boca Raton Gym forged my signature on 2 seperate contracts using an electronic signing. I agreed to a month to month membership and specifically told sales person I was not willing to sign any contrqacts what so ever because I was aware of gym membership contract scams. He agreed and took my CC info for one month membership only. Only because of their debit causing an overdraft did I find out I was being charged for over a year!
