This company claimed to be working with my mortgage company to lower my interest rate. For 8 months they tagged me along, thinking everything was going well, last week I find my house is in foreclosure, my lender never heard of them, and now I'm fighting to keep my home, and had to get an attorney. When I asked the group what they did for me, the said they got the modification, in fact what they did was put me 6 months further into debt and what the lender did was add the missed payments back into the loan, I was told not pay the mortgage or I would not qualify for the modification. Now it's beyond the point of just paying the money to catch up, it's in the hands of the lenders attorneys, no one will even take to me, last Thursday I confronted the Mediation group explained my position and they still said don't worry your not in foreclosure, I requested my money back saying they did not do the job I paid them for, and now with at least 2 calls a day, no one will even get on the phone. I know I'm in for a fight and I will never see my money, I just hope others read this and really research these companies before they go forward, in fact even with that you have to be careful, I thought I looked into this company before I gave them any money or any documents, they seemed ok, until I googled there phone number, it came up with a different company name same street address, different town, and an F rating from the better business bureau.
