They called me after i entered a contest online to win a holiday to America & only Visa card holders were eligible.
They then called me early in the morning (in Australian time) & told me that i had won a holiday & needed to confirm that i had a visa card to confirm that i had one (as it was a condition of entry stated when i applied).
I then gave them my credit card details, they then told me that i had been charges had gone through. I asked them what are you talking about? Then i was transferred to about 10 people, all who talked fast with thick american accents. I had to ask for everything to be repeated, i said over & over i don't understand what you are saying or what i have been charged for.
It wasn't until i was put through to the last person that i had realized that i had been charged for this holiday. I then asked the last person if i could get it refunded. He then told me no that it can't be refunded & then just extended the deal for one extra year.
I contacted my bank to try to get the money back under fraud, but because i could not contact them (and i tried a few times including both email addresses on there web site) i could not get my money back as i did not have sufficient information that it was fraud.

They also told me that i would get the package sent to me in the mail & that it would take one week to arrive. I never received any hard copy of this holiday & only received an email with information of the package.

I never wanted to purchase the holiday from them & i never received any real documentation of the holiday. I have tried to contact them a few times and can never get through via email or phone. Even if i wanted to follow through with the holiday (which i don't) i can't even contact them to make a booking.

I tired calling back right after the phone call on the number they gave me & it did not work. I contacted my back & cancelled my card about 15min after the phone call. I also tried to contact them via email that is on the website but both of them bounced back.

I was unable to get my money back through the bank & i can't contact the company, so i am down USD $998.00 & no longer know what to do to get my money back
