Dont ever enter credit card number prior to know shipping costs as the cost was more then the item itself and cannot change it after you hit the process button, even called number which was displayed

I was going to make it easier for me to move furniture, but is a very bad device does not even work and ending getting 3 boxes by clicking incorrect button which can not be changed and also cannot cancel within the 10 minutes after it went thru as i called and was told order would not be available until next day or so so called within 7 hours and was told had allready been processed and was nothing they could do for me, except i could refuse it when delivered i was not home was left by my door and so now have 6 ezmovers that do not work and cost of shipping and handling was more then advertised at 7.95 ea so sure do not know what to do except return then and see if can get some of my dollars back to me, and will never order products on line agiain
