I wanted the sidesleeper pro pillow. Ordered it 19.99 on line with two pillow cases 14.99. Order came to 74.98. Called 800 number told them i would not pay 39.96 for shipping. They said order had already been shipped, within 3 minutes. I should have known. Sent package back was refunded cost of items, but not shipping. I got nothing for 39.96. Called 800 number again. They tried to tell me the shipping is not refundable. Okay but web site states 9.99 add 10.00 for out of the country shipping. Nowhere does it state 19.99 per item. How many people have they done this to i wonder. It's got to be againist the law. You don't pay shipping for an order you canceled because of shipping. Who has 40 dollars to give away. Not me
