I ordered the product before the 14 day trial I was billed on my credit card, I was not able to reach anyone by phone prior to the 14 day trial. So I accepted the lose. Then I was billed again the following month after I spoke to someone and canceled, I was told I needed to send the product back. I informed them "considering i paid for it at 79.99 plus shipping and handling I was not sending it back". She replied by saying "yes you are right". Also, in July I was billed four times for 1.95 and when inquired I was informed there was a computer error and would be refunded for two charges and if I wanted refund for the other two I must send a copy of my bank statement showing four charges.
