I ordered Glucosulin on the "free" trial. I was adament on the telephone with the sales girl (janelle) that I did NOT want a monthly supply and wanted to make sure that I would no be getting billed monthly. I was reassured that the only way for me to get more or be billed for more would be if I called and ordered more. I was NEVER told that if I liked the product and kept it I would get billed $99.96 for the two bottles that I was sent for free. I was informed that if I wasn't happy with the product I could return it within 30 days for a full refund. I did pay the shipping charges $11.40-which I fully expected to do. Needless to say, I saw a charge of $99.96 on my bank statement today. I then called the company at 800-249-0574 and spoke to Stephanie at extention 103. She informed me that I will not get my money back and that is how this company works. I then called the number on the shipping letter 800-249-0574 and spoke to katie (4126) who also stated the same thing. I then asked for the address and phone number for the corporate office and the name of the CEO/President. She did give me the information except for the name of the CEO. She stated that she was not allowed to give that information out. What a crock of shit!
In essence, if you tried this "free trial" and liked it and kept it, you would then be billed for the "free" bottles. And they stated that they gave you 2 bottles ($49.98 each) which is more than one month supply (each bottle has 90 pills). However if you take it as directed which is 2 pills 3 times a day that equal 180 pills - 2 BOTTLES!
I am so upset. This unexpected and unauthorized charge in my bank has made me be overdrawn with checks still outstanding. I am now getting charged for the NSF fee and for each day I am overdrawn my bank will charge me. I do not have any money coming in for another week.
I want my money back! I want a lawsuit against this company. Can you help?
