I ordered the Leanspa weightloss and cleanse products on 2/27. I received the products and returned the unused portions well within the allotted "refund" time with a RMA number. I received an e-mail confirming my cancellation. Shortly thereafter I received a second bottle of the cleanse which I sent back unopened immediately with the same RMA number and called their number. The recording confirmed that my order had been cancelled. Again I receive another bottle and, as before, returned it. I show no refunds for anything on my credit card statement. I call again and finally got through to a Sierra. She told me she would be sure that my refunds for four bottles, at $79.99 a piece, would be refunded. This was on 5/18. I received 4 e-mails confirming my refunds for each bottle. Nothing. I called again today, 8/19 and was told I should have gotten my refund by now. I responded by saying "ya think?". She told me she would make a note of my call and expedite my refund. She also gave me an e-mail address supposedly to a manager which would help speed things up. That's where I found this website. Seems odd. Still waiting impatiently.
