It is ongoing still. Frontier comm. Is charging for DSL INTERNET, but download speeds drop to as low as 20 kbps. When asked why, they say they didn't expect so many people to sign up for it in our area. They said, they have to run a bigger cable to our area. That was over a year ago. How can we as a community make them honor our contract for DSL? We are still paying for DSL.
