They had taken 10.00 a month out of my checking account for 34 months, which totaled $340.00. They refunded $220.00, but still owe me $120.00. I have been trying for 2 months to get the remaining funds. As of today 8/19, I still have not received the money which they say was mailed on 8/10 (so they say). I have made several calls and talked to several people and one supervisor by the name of martha. So I am sick of waiting.
