Around the end of september I also bought a Jim Rossen Classidied Ad package that cost about 120-140 dollars. I recieved the package and studied it. There was a number that said call here to get started right away.
After a long day of work i got home and called that number to talk to my start up specialist. That person worked for W. Craig & Company which i am guessing is leased out by Jim Rossen. I talked to the woman for a few hours about what she had to offer.
At the time I was 20 years old, optimistc and very trusting. I wanted to make money and thought how could this be a ripoff if i am in the united states. The woman persuaded me to give her my credit card info by first asking me what my credit limit was so i was a little hesitant. But again she persuaded me to tell her and only after that she told my how much this would cost which happend to be the same as my credit limit. She told me about a fraction of the things i needed to know and said i was off to happiness.
A few days later someone else called me from web ad systems making friendly conversation first and then telling me about there advertisement and support package. I thought a already recieved this with the first bunch of money, i told him. He said with this package i would get 3000 gaurenteed vistors to my web site, i would also get a cd catolouge of all the fitness equipment and other things. He said that would take a week to get to me. It never came. I called back to say it never came and we checked the address and it was right so they said they would ship it again. Never Came. I paid 3000 more dollars for thin air.
At about the end of october about 2 weeks after they said my web site would have been set up they told me that now i had to get a merchant account. So i did that wich cost $150 to start up and 68 dollars a month after that for 2 years and i could not cancel it. Finally it was all set up. So i thought there were still things i didnt know that still invloved a lot of money.
After a while nothing was happening with the site. I started to advertise on google and after that only did i get hits that were only because of my advertising. But still nothing happend with that.
Now i started thinking and new that i had to stop this cause it was costing a lot more money then what was orignaly stated. And i was also about to start school and new i couldn't work as much and wouldn't be able to pay my credit cards which were maked out with only W craig and company and jim rossen and the merchant account transactions on it. I started calling about the 364 day refund. They tried to tell me not to worry because there is always down time. 6 months of it. And they said they would have some one from their quality control department contact me. I told them when they could reach me. Never called in the time frame i gave them.
Then after a while I couldn't reach any one. I would call the numbers for support that I payed 3000 dollars for and they would be busy. I would call other numbers and there would be a message right away saying my phone # and area code was blocked. That say ripoff. I just want my money back but cant get a hold of them The american dream my persuit of happieness was canceled because of a ripoff scam.
