It is very hard to get anywhere in this company when the WEB manager Jim cant even train you. Your training is listen to this person thats how its done but in reality its not. He calls you in for evaluations on a job he himself has NEVER Done.
The owner JOhn Goggin doesnt care and neither does Dan foley his partner that employees are cussed out by other employees or even when they are threatened. They dont promote from within so forget getting advanced.
