I tried ordering a set of princess dresses for my daughter on 7/29. I did receive a confirmation stating that it would ship in 4-7 days. On 8/11 I had not received any other update or the item so I e: mailed the company requesting an update. I did not receive any response so I wrote again on 8/15 and left a message on 8/16 with my phone number and e: mail address. Nowhere on my paperwork was there an order# to send so I was very clear when the order was places and who I was. Since the company made no attempts to contact me I felt it was in my best interest to get reimbursed so I placed a dispute with paypal on 8/18 which they quickly responded to with a "curt" e: mail letting me know they where cancelling my order. Had I received a "delay or backorder" notice as they claim they did I would not have had to dispute the charge.
