On August 19, I placed an order from MyPetIsland.com and made a payment through PayPal in the amount of $86.95 I received an acknowledgment from Jeff informing me it would take up to 2 weeks to ship. I have sent a couple of e-mails to Jeff asking for an update; time was bought by saying he would supply a shipping number when available. My last e-mail to Jeff was dated November 15, andthere has been no response. Ihave since placed a complaint with PayPal, however, I believe the time limit for a dispute has expired.
I would like to receive the cat tree, item #CCL5642, OR receive a full refund.
