Like the other reports, I signed up for a voucher from savemore.com's website to get a water bottle from waterbottle. Bz. I redeemed my voucher on 9/1 and as of today, 11/11, I have no received my water bottle. I did however receive a response to each of my e-mails.
On 9/9 I e-mailed their customer service about an update on my order. They told me it could take up to 14 business days for the order to ship. After 2 more weeks, I e-mailed again and they apologized for the delay and advised me it would take another week or so. It's been over two months since I have placed my order. After e-mailing again last week, I was advised via e-mail that their records indicated that my item had shipped, but they had no tracking number. That was it. No mention of where my item was. I had to e-mail to ask what was going to happen since I never received my order. A few days later and they said it should arrive next week. Now, without a tracking number how would they know that?
