I received an account statement today telling me I owed them $72.96 for 4 books. I was suppose to order 4 books by June Since I did not order any books, I now owe them $72.96. I spoke to customer service who is sending out the original agreement. I cancelled this program in June I had lost my job due to serious health reasons. I felt I could not afford to take on anymore debt. Not only did they ignore more request, I have never gotten any flyers or ads about them until this letter. They stated they have already turned my name over to Alliant for delinquency. But... They still want me to purchase 4 books and pay them $72.96 by Sept. 8. I'm pretty sure even if I ordered and payed at this point my "membership" would still not be cancelled per my request. At the bottom of the web account page, it says to tell all my friends about this. I believe I shall do this, and my family and other un-suspecting folks. I'm going in for heart procedure Aug. 16.2011. I hope this issue does not drag out any longer.
