I became a member about 18 months ago. A year ago we lost our home and i was without an address. I informed doubleday and each month replied to my email (send no books at this time) I always replied to my featured selections. I lived with a co-worker a few months. Could not afford any books then or now. Out of nowhere they take $50 out of my mc account. I got most of that back. Then again, despite answering, send NO BOOKS, on Sept 19, they take $84.44 out on my mc account (unauthorized) and have refused to return it. Something about fulfilling my obligation to them. I need my money back & the club stinks. They are thieves.
