Purchased sod floratam grass, 7 pallets were delieved
as agreed. The sod was dried out and much was dead.
Pallets were packed so poorly that it very difficult to
handling and lay down on the ground. 2 of the 7 pallets were not usuable. The 5 that were put down was lacking
soil and many of the grass roots were exosed due to soil missing. Much of the grass laid has not taken and
has gaps of missing dirt.in all about 75% failed to transplant or grow satisfactorily.
