R-Pallets Recycling, LLC gave our company a quote for 60 pallets at $3.00 each on C.O.D. Terms. When the warehouse received the pallets we did not have that check ready, our fault. This company could have chosen to take the pallets back but decided to leave them at his choice. The next day that company came back for the check that we were happy to provide up until this company said that since we did not have the check ready then the price for the pallets are $3.50 which was not mentioned on our quote. We have been doing business with this company for 5 years and they have never had any problems with our payments in the past. This company could have easily chose to not leave the product but at their own discretion decided to do so and now we are paying for it.
