I received a helath master blender for my birthday in Feb. 2011. This July the pitcher began emitting a black liquid every time I used it. It got everywhere. This August, I realized the black liquid was seeping inside the blender, contaminating everything I was making. I called customer care today, and they told me I would have to pay for a new pitcher— (5 month old appliance!!!) The lifetime guarantee only covers the motor.
