Montel promotes a defective product

I purchased the Health Master and thoroughly loved it. It was loud and bulkly but it did the job it promised - delicious hot soups - great shakes. I used it daily for about 30 days. The the pitcher began to leak during processing. Nasty mess.
I called in August and was told they would ship a replacement pitcher at no charge. When it did not arrive in September I called back.in contrast to the nice young man I had spoken with the first time, a very rude young woman told me that 6 weeks had not passed and, therefore, it had not been shipped yet. I had not been told that there would be a waiting period of six weeks BEFORE the pitcher shipped, but now I was near that point, so confirmed that it would be shipped at the end of the 6 week period.
I called in October when I did not receive the pitcher. There was no record of it ever having been shipped, but, luckily, I got the same nice young man again and he assured me he was personally putting the order in. When I had not received the pitcher in early November, I called again and was told that it had been shipped but would take 16 business days to reach me. I was assured I would have it by November 17.
Well, of course, it is now November 21 and I do not have my pitcher. When I called to check again, I found the Customer Service Center closed and a voice mail about the company now having reduced customer service hours.
It would appear that I have bought a "pig in a poke", that Health Master is a fraudulent business operation and that Montel Williams has sold his soul to the Devil.
