I ordered a Guitar from The Fret Store in February. I was told it would take 10 day's for shipping and he charged my card. Over a period of 6 months I was given manny excuses for not having recieved it, mostly blamed on the manufacturer. I finally contacted the manufacturer. They informed me that it had been readily available for some time and didn't understand why I hadn't gotten it already. I asked my retailer for a return of my funds and still nothing. I don't know what to do.
