I worked for these so called "debt collection ATTORNEYS". The key word here is "ATTORNEYS". I was terminated after 28 days of work in the collection department. The reason for the termination was because I had only collected $946.00 during my 28 days on board with this so-called law firm. The actual truth is that I had collected over $3000.00 and it was credited to other collectors by the general manager (Mark Zalewski). Mr. Zalewski also credited more of my collection efforts to an assistant manager by the name of Efrem McBride. On my termination notice was stated that "the company could no longer sustain the losses that I was generating. I was making a measly $11 per hour. Miniscule wages compared to what I am used to earning for the same work. I have been doing the same work for the past 16 years, 12 of those 16 years was with one employer until that employer was out-sourced. And now I am being told by this so-called law firm that I can no longer do my job.
I HAVE A NEWS FLASH FOR ALL OF YOU READING this post. I made an interesting discovery just today. I checked with the Michigan Bar Association and none of the alleged attorneys that I worked for are really attorneys. Neither G. Reynolds nor Jason Sims are real attorneys. They have no P numbers and are not listed in the bar association anywhere.
This is not even really a "LAW FIRM"
I still have yet to receive my final pay check from these "crooks"!!!
