G. Reynolds Sims, G. Reynolds Sims and Associates, and/or its employees have repeatedly contacted me by telephone. They have been told each and every time that I am not the person they are looking for.
They have made threats against me, continued to call, and the last time their representative on the phone kept insisting that I was someone Im not, and that they were going to call again the next day, and would continue to do so until I paid them money I do not owe them, or anyone else.
To me this is extortion and I have begun the process to file a complaint with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission. I have also informed them that I am aware they have been previously reprimanded by the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission and was going to file a complaint if they continued with the calls.

I would not believe anything G Reynolds Sims of G Reynolds Sims & Associates or their representatives have to say.
Also, I have spoke with an attorney and it is strongly suggested that if you are experiencing any problems with G. Reynolds Sims or G. Reynolds Sims and Associates that you keep a record of every telephone call they make to you. If you advise them not to call because you are not the person they are looking to talk with. You can be entitled up to $1,000 per telephone call after you inform them of that information.
It is also suggested that you record every telephone call after you inform them of this.
That you maintain a record of each and every telephone call you receive from them. Note: If they call you once a day for a month, excluding Sundays, you would have cause to seek up to $24,000 in damages. Each time they call tell them you are not that person, and in six months you would be able to sue them for as much as $154,000 dollars.
And if you record every telephone call and state that you are not the person they are attempting to contact, to stop calling, and hang up. They cannot call you again that day by law.
Keep good records, let them continue to call, and when it is worth pursuing a lawsuit, they will have no defense, and you may be awarded a large amount for damages.
And for the record, this is the law as it relates to damages in any state. So if you are being harassed by a law firm, collection agency, or any other business for monies you do not owe.
Follow these same suggestions, contact an attorney after you have a record of their activities, and file a law suit.in the case of any attorney's that are harassing you, every state has the equivalent of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission where you can file complaints against lawyers.
Do that as well to strengthen your civil case. If the attorney or law firm is reprimand or suspended for these types of activities you will have a much stronger case against them in civil court. And it cost you nothing to file a complaint against an attorney through these types of governing boards.
And more importantly, before you do anything. First consult an attorney before you take any action so they can explain in detail the law as it applies to these types of activities in your jurisdiction.
