I purchased a 14 day free trial. The order was confirmed on 7-17-11. The product was shipped as promised. However the 14 days starts from the date of order, not the date you receive it. This is very misleading. I called 8-2-11 to cancel but was charged for the next order but it never shipped to me. Very disappointed with their customer service.
