I ordered a pair of shoes in May and charged $39.95 no shipping fee. June came I was charged another $39.95 because I did not select a pair of shoes from my shoe boutique. Meaning I was supposed to click on the "skip a month" button in order not to be charged $39.95. So I called a few days later, the 1-800 number and talked to a representative and she stated I would be reimbursed for the charge since I was not informed of the "skip the month" policy. As of today I have not been reimbursed for the charge to my credit card. I would like my money back if anyway possible. Thanks for allowing me to vent. I am very disappointed.
