The WORST online shoe company EVER. I have never had such a hassle with a company in my life, and online one at that. I was unaware that after purchasing one pair of shoes that JUSTFAB.com keeps your credit card information and charges an additional $39.95 as a"store credit" In order not to get charged you are told you have to call or go online to "skip the month" What a hassle. So I was stuck with a credit that I absolutely did not want or need. So I ordered a pair of shoes they looked horrible so I returned them, which took two weeks to finally reach the return center, that is far from the worst part. I track my package and it had finally reached Just Fab's return center, I can see it and so can every representative that I call, However I have to wait 3-5 Business days to receive not a refund but a store credit... I can understand if I was asking for a refund, which they do not give but 3-5 days to just order another pair of shoes from their crappy site is ridiculous. BEWARE OF JUSTFAB.com #MajorRipOff
