I recieved my healthmaster and in a short time the machine became louder and the part the holds the pitcher became very loose and unable to mix ingredients. So I called the company and they said to return it. I did back in April. They gave me a confirmation number and whenI went to check on the progress of my returned blender, the confirmation number does not exist now.
