I placed an order on Friday (8/12) to be delivered to a business on Saturday (8/13) and paid $29.99 extra for the Saturday delivery. The delivery was NEVER made. I called the customer service number on Sunday, only to be told that the "shop" (whatever that is) is closed and would not be available to contact me until Monday (8/15).
This company boasts 24 hour service, which it DOES NOT have. It also states that UPS delivery will be made. They did not even give a courtesy e-mail or phone call to me to let me know that the order had not been delivered or fulfilled. I had to speak to the intended recipient, and then face the embarrassment of explaining to them that I "thought" I had sent a plant to them! I find this company unreliable and also prone to misleading advertisement! Not a good business to deal with.
