I had been designed to get a gift-card/refund for Amazon.com for joining Comcast Triple-Play. I adopted the directions towards the t and shipped all the material necessary to Electronic Landing in Miami FL on 06/20. I'd elected to lessen my $250.00 card right down to $200.00 to be able to get the present cared in 14 days. It's been nearly 2 months since I have shipped it in. I subsequently sent electronic landing on 07/27 resending all the info and requesting them to check on into why I'd not gotten something.By today, I've gotten NO correspondance. Whenever you contact the telephone number, they inform me I've to visit www.activationcenter.com. However, you get nowhere. I'm near to calling Comcast and rescheduling my support and informing them precisely why. An answer could be greatly appreciated.
