Comcast Triple-Play was requested 10/20. With this specific strategy a $275 gift-card was to be delivered. The conditions were: 3 months of service from Comcast, refund request types, verification # for Comcast support.
All data was delivered and time-line was stuck too. I also held copies of what I delivered. It's today May, and there doesn't be seemingly a method to contact them. The refund forms describes Electronic Landing, individually run by Acceller, INC dealing with Comcast. The refund will be an Amazon $275 gift-card by mail from Electronic Landing. Evidently other people are coping with this fraud. Please suggest of any legitimate action being obtained.
