Did not receive $100 rebate

I'd the Comcast Triple-Play support mounted in my own summer house at: 33 Water Ave., Area Heights, NJ 08732 on May 27 that was in conformity using the present. I stuffed in most the documents and achieved all of the needs and shipped them to Acceller - Electronic Landing

P.O. Container 260157, Miami FL 33126 on July 14. I've waited significantly more than the most 16 months mentioned within the present and also have not gotten my refund. Please enable me within this issue. Eileen O. Fancher Confirmation No. 442050841
