Stay away from these folks. I too was told that the product I returned was an empty box. I'm out $168.
I bought two electronic cigarette brands to compare them, Blu and Green Smoke. Both had return policies and I was planning on using one of them when I made my decision. Blu was, by far, the better product in quality and "taste". Green Smoke was awful. So I packed up the starter kit in the original packing, included the cheap case I also got, and sent it back UPS, and the RMA I had setup with the company and well within the time limit.
What followed were a couple of weeks of very frustrating emails about "Where is my refund?" followed by "All we got was an empty box, see, here's a picture." How absurd is that?
These folks had no intention of honoring their return policy and they now have the equipment I bought and my money. And, it appears, they do this to other people as well. There are several reports from BBB about Return Policies and similar listings here.
