Admitted to having sub par faulty equipment but would not refund my money

I thought I was saving money by purchasing my fiancee an elcetronic cigarette which was cheaper than regular cigarettes and allowed you to decrease nicotine strengths inorder to eventually quit or enleast avoid harmful tar & chemicals produced by traditional smoking.

My first purchased was an electronic cigarette that had a cord attached to it that you plugged into your computer usb port.

I thought I would start with that and if my finacee likes it I would order more portable products. It turned out he thought he could benefit from the use of the e-cigarette so I ordered more products.

In the meantime the unit stopped working. So we called Green Smoke but the company is not always available via telephone. An automated message came on as to when they would re-open for business.

Bare in mind that you have 30 days to return the product and get a full refund. At this point I just wanted a replacement product that would equal the amount I spent on the usb e-cigarette.

When we finally got a hold of the company they told us they would ship or replacement product only after receiving the product that was malfunctioning.

So we paid to get it delivered quicker than regular mail hoping to get the same expidient return of our replacement product.

We did not receive our product until we gain called to see what the hold up was. At that point they mailed it to us regular mail and we received the replacement usb adapter that hooks into the wall charger for the e-cigarette battery that I purchased previously in between all of this mess.

We had this replacement piece for less than thirty days when it too malfunctioned. My fiancee called and said we would like to send back the product and get a refund and they offerred to again replace the item. We were not interested in trying anymore faulty equipment but yet they refused to reimburse us our money.
