Scott Sloan Scott Sloan is the owner/operator of drafting company, I was ripped off by him and lost my $500 deposit

Dear Si/Madam

My father paid $500 deposit to Scott Sloan for completion of complete building plan for a 3 bedroom home. The remaining $800 of the contract was agree to be paid when the job completed in 3 to 4 business days. It is now over 9 weeks that Mr. Sloan is constantly playing a game with my father and has kept him in limbo situation, he took his money and is not willing to complete the job nor refunded him. Since my father is a senior citizen and have no other alternatives but to take this man to the court, I would appreciated you for any advise on this complaint.

This man has so far inflicted over $2500 damage on my father e.G. Delay of obtaining a constraction permit, wasted his time for 9 weeks, and forced him to hire some one else to do the job which he is unable to do due to his luck of technical ability.
