Ripped off when refund not given when said they wouldn't charge.inadequate help given

After cancelling my IAHBE membership, Laura, an IAHBE associate said they wouldn't charge me for the February membership fee of $29.95 but they did and I wasn't given a refund. IAHBE is a service of SFI which is a division of Carson Services.

Also I tried to argue that they should repay me in the neighborhood of $400 in monthly fees but Laura asked questions like, "Is it our fault you didn't make any money?"etc.

My upline never contacted me to help. The only time I was given another upline name to ask for help, I was told I was supposed to be in that downline before getting help from them and they just said it's too bad you're not getting help from your own upline. His name is Scott Sloan and I only had an email to which he never returned my letters.

Also, Laura once admitted she lied when she sent the wrong contact information for Scott Sloan.
