Refused to repair defective TV unless I sent pictures over the internet. I do not have access to a digital camera or acell phone with internet access. Spoke to at least three people and explained the situation but was told that was the only way to get a repair or replacement.
Why is it that when you spend good money on a product and it isn't working as promised the customer has to jump through hoops instead of the manufacturer who made the defective product?
