I used JustAnswer to try to fix my router, and okay'ed what I believed to be a one-time charge of $35 in March.
When I found they'd gone ahead and charged my card in April, May, June, and July, I called to have charges removed. I had to call twice so far; they were still charging me...
The scam is you think you're okaying a one-time charge, and then being charged monthly, "forever, " as the previous person here stated.
