I had some names in my e mail list that I could not remove i used Justanswer to help me remove them.
They did help me remove them. I Dec. I found the $46.00 charge on my Credit card, that was what they quoted me however in Jan. Of 2012 I found another $46.00 charge on my credit card.
I only used their services once. I have been over charged.
