I took the offer of trying Nu Age Colon Cleanse for $4.95. I was billed this amount on 6-16. After receiving the product I cancelled within the 15 day period to avoid any further charges. I was given the cancellation number LUX 43271. On 6-30, this company billed me $89.67. When I found out on my statement, I called the company and was told they did not receive my phone cancellation but would give me a $40.00 refund to my credit card. The total charged to my credit card was $95.62, I cancelled within the 15 day trial and I should have received the $89.67.
Today 7-18 I was given a new cancellation number of GAE 625
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was busy.
Please help me and stop this company from false advertising.
