Glad My Experience Was Good - Flower delivery

I called in my order and was clearly made aware of the monthly $9.99 fee and that I can cancel after 21 days, which is not a problem, I just mark my calendar to remind myself. I read the reviews after I made my purchase and was terrified that the ladies I had sent flowers too weren't going to receive them for Administrative Assistants Day. I received an e-mail delivery confirmation but was skeptical so I e-mailed the ladies to make sure. They did receive the flowers and said they were absolutely beautiful. I was a little disapointed about the multiple fees that jacked up the final total, but I agreed to them on my own free will. I could have cancelled the whole transaction. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice, efficient and helpful.
