David Barberis, owner of B&A International Inc.in McKinney TX, hired me in October as his administrative assistant. After 4 weeks of working I received a paycheck for a little over $900 and it bounced. He never paid me for that check nor the $5 NSF fee issued by my bank, nor the other few weeks I worked and was promised that I would be paid for. We corresponded through email about getting paid for all my work but he never did anything about it. He now has a lien on his business property set by the TX Wage & Labor Board who claimed they could not get my wages from any business accounts... I doubt that lien has threatened his schemming efforts on others... And it certainly has not provided me any justice.
