I used Card Services International AKA First Data for my merchant processing. This year I received and email from them stating they are holding my deposits in a reserve account because another vendor in the mall that I am in has a lien agaisnt them at this same address at the mall for a credit card loan, but its not a loan or a lien in my business name or my tax id number! They said the address for the mall is the same and the UCC lien is address is so simular that they have to protect themselves and told me to work it out with the company who filed the lien on the other company. I called them and they said since its not me they cant talk to me!!!
First Data still has my money on hold for a lien that is NOT OURS but refussed to release my money. I think his is a crime and now they also say they will hold the money indefinatelly and with no intersest! They are CON MEN PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THEM. They will hold your deposits and you will never get them back. They will put you out of business without notice and will charge you 750.00 to cancell!!! But if you cancell you still cant have your money.
