Marchetti International is owned by Monica Marchetti. I went to work for her after previously working for her ex husband, I chose to work there as a summer job. I worked a total of 2months. I was meant to get paid every two weeks, however, the pay was ALWAYS LATE.in my last few weeks of working there I had not been paid for awhile, I asked Monica if i could use the property for a car wash for my friends and I on a Sunday "when the business is closed" she said "yes." that Sunday i had the car wash, the next day I got a call saying that she never agreed to a car wash and that I overstepped my bounds, I said that is fine if you want to fire me just pay me for my last 2weeks worth of work, totaling $750. Monica refused to pay me for all the work i did in the last two weeks. Marchetti International doesn't deliver on half of the work they say they are going to do, they are lazy and they rip people off, Monica previously went to prison for fraud and she continues to rip costumers off.
