I ordered from kohls.com a pair or boots. A week later I received the e-mail confirmation about it's shipment, I clicked on the fedex link to track my package and it said "initiated" after waiting couple of days with the unchanged status, I called them. The customer service rep was very rude and said I had to wait until the final delivery date. Long and behold and after 5 calls later, they tell me their wearhouse never actually gave the package to fedex so all this time the customer reps were LYING to ME saying the package is on its way and it's late due to bad weather. I'm super dissapointed. They never even offered compensation or anything. This has been the worst experience with an online order i've ever encountered.
