To whom ever this may concern, you can choose if this has to do with you. I'm along with Rebecca this site isn't to bash people, nor to put peoples personal lives on here. I wouldn't be writing on here if I were able to get through to you people, if it had worked when I spoke with you.
Now I'm going to go along the lines that Jennifer went with, I'm going to state facts.
Let me first start off saying that I don't have a problem with anyone at the company specifically, per say. I have a problem with the way this company runs. I'm mostly upset because I have been done with that company for about 2 weeks, but still have a connection with them because of paycheck reasons, which I will explain in a little bit. To go ahead and sheild anythig you may have to say, which are somethings you have said to previous people.
Number one off do not wish me to get a job, and use my time usefully, because I work from 8-6 everyday, so I do use my time usefully. Do not tell me to get a life and stop wasting my time on this. Well lets see, I don't need to get a life, because I have one, a far better one then when I was with the company. Don't say "well if you are happier why are you writing on here?" Well because I am happy with my life, and everything beyond this company. So anything I'm unhappy with has to do with this company, so I will find some time once I get off of work and before I lay down for the evening to tell you guys why I think you people are nothing but backstabbers, two faced liers who can't find anything better to do with your time then screw others over. Also, if you would just give me what you owe me.
Now my problem is with the paycheck deal. This paycheck thing hasn't been going on for a week, not even two weeks, it goes back to February 13th, which covered the pay period of 1/23/04-1/29/04 and then 1/30/04 to 2/5/04. On February 13th, everyone is sitting around anticipating their Friday paycheck, finally money. Well yes, we did get a check I will admit that, however we didn't get our two week check, which by law is what was supposed to be given to us. We were given only a one week check, our first week from that paycheck. (Now to let you know, all of this information had been documented on a memo that was personally given to us all from Rosa Cruz.)
So save yourselves from looking like liers, and don't tell me that I'm full it on this issue. The memo stated that they "appreciated all of our dedication and hard work." Nice right, WRONG!!! It then proceeded to tell us that we would be recieving our first week check that day, Friday, February 13th and then that we were going to recieve the second check on that following Wednesday, February 18th. Then we would start getting paid weekly, starting that next Friday, so we would then get another check on Friday, February 20th, for the week of February 6th-12th. Well needless to say, lots of people were pissed off, however I brushed it off. I was fine until everything went down hill from there.
The following Wednesday we DID NOT recieve a check. (Once again I have the stub of the check so don't tell me I am lying, I know when it is dated for.) So to go on we ended up recieving that check the following Thursday, not Wednesday, pretty much if you have bills, the company it's owed to will understand that you can't pay your bills. BULL!!! All of you people at that company are old enough and know damn well, companies want their money. You guys are a prime example. Go back and read this last paragraph if you don't understand.
To go on, needless to say we didn't recieve that check the following Friday either. We ended up recieving a two week check the next Friday, February the 27th. To make crap even worse, it was written on an RPM marketing group check, which is the company name that all gas stations, grocery stores, etc... Are steering clear of because of bounced check. (Once again I have proof from the Publix on Curry Ford) If you are concerned about that, look their number up in the phone book, and take care of your DEBTS!!! So needless to say, I'm pissed because, I went and fixed my check on that Friday, 2-3 hours shortly after the other hours were turned in. But when I went to pick it up It wasn't fixed (and yes Rosa Cruz, Jessica J. And Liz explained their reasoning, so that isn't it).
Now I know it isn't many hours missing off of there but, I worked those hours, and they are mine. So not only did they give me an incomplete check missing some hours, but also I went through hell trying to find somewhere to get it cashed. I actually had to wait till Tuesday, to get it cashed, because the bank wouldn't even cash it on Monday. (Once again I did get proff that they had no funds). Also to go back they said the hours that weren't on that check would be delayed only till Monday March 1st. Whatever!!! That didn't happen either, I went by there this past Thursday March 11th, and they told me, or to be specific ROSA CRUZ told me that they weren't writing any "bad checks" anymore, for goodness sake, how is it that you can still me running if you can't give someone, what a $32 check. That's pathetic.
It's funny how you can allow Price to live in a company house rent free, but you can't give someone a $32 check (No offense Price). It's also funny how you can send someone to Peurto Rico (Yes, I understand the circumstances) but yet you can't give someone a $32 check. My problem is not that I need that money, it's not that I even have bills that need to be paid with that money. I have a good job, it's just that you don't owe people something and then not give it to them even when it's against the law. Now you tell me if I'm wrong. Another question where is my check? Rosa Cruz you said you were going to mail it to me? It doesn't take a week for it to get to my house from work.
