Suspicious postcard

I recieved a suspicious postcard in the mail,
and decided to research the company on the web
before I respond to it.

I came upon this website, and noticed alot of people
complaining about the company.
I just recieved this post card today, March 18th.
It has the silly "we're going nuts trying to reach you"
picture and a few pin numbers and a toll free number.
